Is there an application fee?
Yes. A $25 non-refundable application fee is required for each application.
Does Sonrise Properties do background checks?
Yes. Each applicant must consent to a criminal history background check, credit check, and submit written authorization for this screening.
What is the application process?
To be considered for residency each applicant age 18 or older must submit the following:
1. A completed application
2. Application fees
3. Copy of applicant’s valid driver’s license
4. Proof of income
5. Signed consent for a background check
Does Sonrise Properties allow pets?
Some of our properties allow pre-approved pets on an individual case-by-case basis.
Does Sonrise Properties rent to smokers?
All our properties are smoke-free residences. However, we do rent to smokers who abide by our smoke-free policies. Smoking is permitted in personal vehicles and outside, never inside the dwellings, garages, or other structures.
Is there a minimum income requirement to qualify?
Yes. Applicants combined gross monthly income less monthly debt must be at least three times the monthly rent amout.
